Our editorial standards
Useful, factual, open to correction.
Blockwise brings clarity to neighborhood information. A report should help you understand the evidence and its limits.
Sources you can inspect
Findings require reviewed public sources. Each published source includes its title, publisher, link, and review date. Fees are never estimated, and missing records never become a negative rating.
Claims are not findings
Resident submissions are unverified information. They remain in a private review queue; verification requires supporting public records and an editorial decision. A verified request does not automatically become public content.
Private by design
Resident emails and messages are not part of public reports. Private intake is currently disabled because secure access and authorized owner review are not yet available. No submission data is collected by the disabled forms.
Room for corrections and responses
Residents, associations, and builders can request a correction or provide a documented response once secure intake opens. Review notes and requests stay private. Reviewed changes are prepared separately for publication with supporting sources.
Clear commercial boundaries
Blockwise launches as a free information resource. If local sponsorships are introduced later, each placement will be labeled Sponsored and kept separate from research and editorial decisions. No sponsors are currently displayed.
